本次計畫於 2025 年 5 月至 8 月間舉行,共有來自台灣各地的 8 家新聞發佈商機構參與。作為數位營收啟動計畫首度於台灣舉辦,專案聚焦於讀者營收策略的三大關鍵階段:- 讀者研究:我們的讀者是誰?他們在意什麼?
- 願景設定:如何制定有效的的數位營收目標?
- 測試與驗證:如何透過測試驗證策略的可行性?
本報告將探討台灣媒體市場中的讀者洞察與策略應用,內容包括:

- 數位營收啟動計畫的目標、架構與執行方法

FT Strategies, supported by the Google News Initiative, is proud to share the learnings from the 2025 Digital Revenue Launchpad Taiwan programme.
The programme took place from May to August 2025 and welcomed 8 participating publishers from across Taiwan. In the first Taiwanese edition of the Digital Revenue Launchpad programme, we focused on three components of the digital reader revenue journey:
- Discovery: Who are our readers and what do they value?
- North Star Goal-Setting: How do we define a digital reader revenue goals?
- Test and Learn: What can we do to make progress toward our goals?
This report focuses in particular on the strategic implications of reader and market insight in the context of the Taiwanese market. In this report, you will find:
- The Taiwanese media landscape and audience opportunities
- The digital revenue launchpad programme approach, including objectives, framework, and implementation process
- Reader research for audience profile, content and formats, user experience, and willingness to pay
- Case studies and reflections from participating publishers
