About Aliya
Aliya works with news publishers and adjacent sectors to design and implement data-informed strategies for digital growth. Core to this work is understanding audiences engagement and strengthening the value proposition. As a Senior Manager, she leads with empathy, helping clients clarify their goals, test new propositions and embed new ways of working that support transformation. Aliya has worked in the US, Europe, India and Latam, where she has built experience across media, finance and startup environments. She speaks Spanish, French & Hindi. A former team GB athlete, she brings discipline and a strong team mentality to her consulting work.
