About Niall

At FT Strategies, Niall manages multi-disciplinary project teams to help publishers understand their audiences, design growth strategies and embed subscription-centric ways of working. He focuses on turning complex data and stakeholder insights into clear, actionable roadmaps that improve customer lifetime value and long-term sustainability.

Before joining FT Strategies, Niall spent nearly a decade at Deloitte across Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Digital and Deloitte Global, building deep expertise in strategy, change management, lean process improvement, organisation design and large-scale programme delivery. He also brings experience from Navigator Financial Planning, where he helped develop a new operating model and proposition for a family-run wealth management practice. Known for his straight-talking, thoughtful style and commitment to coaching his teams, Niall enjoys helping people and organisations reach their full potential.
