About Valerio
At FT Strategies, Valerio works with publishers and digital businesses around the world to design and implement AI-enabled growth strategies. He has helped deploy AI across 24 global publishers, delivering up to 300% traffic growth, 40% process automation and a 12-month roadmap of more than 30 AI initiatives. He has also led cross-functional design teams that achieved a 10x increase in paid subscriptions and significantly improved programmatic advertising performance.
Prior to joining FT Strategies, Valerio was a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager in Global Operations at Meta, where he managed high-impact strategy and operations projects, redesigned vendor engagement models across EMEA, APAC and the US, and delivered tooling upgrades that reduced routine task time by 66%. Earlier in his career, he spent four years at Insigniam working with large enterprises on breakthrough performance and innovation programmes. He combines rigorous analysis with a collaborative, product-minded approach, helping senior stakeholders move from AI hype to practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
