About Alexandra
As a Principal at FT Strategies, Alexandra partners with C-suite leaders at global media groups to shape and implement digital-first strategies that drive sustainable growth. She has led multi-workstream programmes on paywall optimisation, audience and revenue strategy, and AI adoption, often in collaboration with the Google News Initiative. Drawing on experience across consulting, marketplaces and live events, she is skilled at turning ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
Before joining FT Strategies, Alexandra held roles at Pollen, Deliveroo and Deloitte, where she owned the strategy and P&L for large-scale live events, scaled regional delivery operations and supported financial services and telecoms clients on cost optimisation and agile capability building. Known for her calm, outcome-focused style and strong project management skills, she brings a mix of analytical rigour, creativity and empathy to every engagement.
